We would say to most leaders once on board in leadership, Its not about making its about keeping it.

If you dont apapt and take on challenges with a cool head & smooth decision making, You will be letting leadership down and this crew.

during active night hours of crew or day time hours,We need them out there helping keep this well built 2nd family running smooth.
